MY STORY
Hi, I'm Lauren! I have scoliosis just like you, and always felt very alone growing up. I created Higgy Bears so that you can have a friend going through the same thing, just in bear form. Higgy Bears are special bears that wear matching back braces or have scars down their backs for patients, like me, that have had surgery. So far, I've donated 60,000 Higgy Bears to kids and teens in 195 countries. I am so happy to be able to do this to help others. I run lots of support programs to help make scoliosis bearable for you. FREE MINI HIGGY BEARS
All kids and teens are eligible for a free Mini Higgy Bear. Each mini Higgy wears a Higgy Bear themed brace. You can upgrade the brace to match your brace pattern for $10. Mini Scar Higgy Bears are also available for kids and teens that have had surgery. 60,000 Higgies donated so far!!
HIGGY ZOOMS
Come meet me and dozens of kids and teens with scoliosis during Higgy Zoom week. It really helps to meet others going through the same thing. The meetings are super laid back. We play games and I give out prizes, and if someone needs some help, me and the kids offer lots of tips and support. HIGGY FRIENDS
Meet other kids and teens with scoliosis in person! Higgy Friends groups are fun social groups where you can get together with your new scoliosis friends and just have fun! Kids and teens go bowling, get ice cream, and just do fun kids things! And if you want to talk about scoliosis with your new friends you can do that, too.
