Higgy Live! is designed to help kids and teens with scoliosis feel:

• Less alone
• More confident
• Truly understood

Because there’s something powerful about being in a room full of people who get it.

This day is focused on bracing — the real, everyday experience of wearing a brace and living life with scoliosis.

Through kid and teen panels, attendees will hear directly from others their age who are:

• Wearing a brace right now
• Navigating school, friendships, and daily life
• Learning how to stay motivated

They’ll share:

• How to talk to friends about scoliosis
• What to say when people ask questions
• How to handle tough moments at school
• Tips for staying consistent with bracing
• What’s actually helped them feel more confident

👉 These are real conversations kids don’t always get to have anywhere else.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re bracing, considering it, or just looking for support and connection.

Higgy Live is not a mini Higgy Con — it’s a completely different experience.

• Higgy Con is the big, large-scale event
  (fashion show, doctors, speakers, large audience)
• Higgy Live is smaller and more personal
  (limited to ~150 people)

run by Lauren & friends — where kids can talk, share, and truly connect.
